Two cookie categories

Essential: the session cookie

ci_session is set only when you sign in with a magic link. It keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, is HttpOnly and never leaves this site. Without it the account pages cannot work, so it needs no consent. Signing out removes it.

Optional: Google Analytics

Tells us how many people visit and which pages they use (for example, how often the data reference or the knowledge graph is opened). It loads only after you choose Allow analytics in the banner; until then no Google script runs and no request reaches Google. Your choice is kept in your browser (ci.consent.v1, local storage, not a cookie) and can be changed at any time below or from the footer.

What it never receives: your e-mail or name, what you type to the assistant, uploaded notes or photos, farm coordinates, or the sign-in token. Page addresses are normalised (a site page is sent as /sites/[id] with the site id as a separate field) and the IP address is anonymised. Advertising features are switched off.

Analytics is not configured on this deployment.
